Being a misplaced Texan is tough sometime when it come to finding food that you grew up on back home. Well I found a blog that I have absolutely fallen in love with. The Homesick Texan is a blog that has all kinds of recipes, all of them with a little twist of Texas in them. You can find it here.
I have cooked dozens of recipes off of this site and they are all insanely good. If you are a transplanted Texan like me give this site a bookmark and come back often. I do and my taste buds thank me every time.
Just a place where this old Texas boy can come and vent, pontificate and otherwise let the world know what is on my mind AND allow you a place to interact with me if you so desire.
